While Spain may be the No. 1 team in the world, the Germans aren’t far behind. Germany charged right through the “Group of Death” with wins over Poland, Holland and Denmark, and took care of Greece 4-2 in a game that wasn’t even as close as that final score suggests. Loaded on offense and showing poise on defense in this tournament as well, Germany is currently the favorite to win the Euro 2012 tournament over Spain at 3/2.
